DANIELA GRAFMAN, CSEP: Daniela Grafman is the Chief Amazement Officer and Partner of Vision Event Co., an award-winning event planning and production firm with deep expertise across social, nonprofit, and corporate events. Over 16 years, she has led a team of event professionals through 500+ events, ranging from 400-person weddings and 800-person nonprofit galas to multi-day conferences and high-impact corporate productions. This work has earned her a reputation as a logistics expert who creates experiences that meet goals and leave lasting impressions. Her specialty is the flow: building event timelines that unfold like a story, where every detail serves the guest experience. A past board member of both the Wedding International Professionals Association and the International Live Events Association, Daniela speaks nationally on entrepreneurship and events. She holds a bachelor's degree from Fordham University, the CSEP designation, and is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program alumna.

BOBBY D. EHLERT, BAS: Bobby D. is a nationally recognized fundraising auctioneer and strategist, co-founder of Inspire Hearts Fundraising, and auctioneer/consultant for Star Benefit Auctions, helping nonprofits turn events into high-performing fundraising engines. With more than two decades of experience and over $1 billion raised, Bobby D. has partnered with organizations across New York City and beyond to maximize revenue through strategic event design, energetic auctions, powerful paddle raises, and donor-centered storytelling. Known for his energy, precision, and ability to read a room, Bobby D. delivers workshops that partner directly with nonprofit leaders to unlock their true event potential—equipping teams with practical, proven frameworks they can implement immediately to create seamless, high-performing experiences that deepen donor connection and drive meaningful revenue.

KIM BAUMAN, Area Marketing Manager: Kim started using the Greater Giving's solutions as a parent volunteer for her children's school in 2002. She was so impressed with the software and the company she joined the team in 2005. From to her commitment to area schools and nonprofits, Kim continues to volunteer to assist at a variety of fundraising events, honing her skills in using Greater Giving software to streamline event planning and execution and night-of-event check-in and checkout processes.
